We hope this message finds you well. We have some exciting news regarding an important update to our donation receipting process at the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation (USNA AA&F).
Starting today, we will begin sending donors their gift receipt electronically via email. Here is a sample of the new and improved gift receipt letter. The gift receipt will be sent electronically to those who have provided USNA AA&F with a valid email address. If no email address has been provided, a receipt letter will be sent to the mailing address noted in our system for the donor.
To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly ask for your support in the following ways:
– Verify your contact information through your usna.com portal. If you do not already have an account set up, please consider creating a new account. The site will allow you to make gifts or add new pledges directly through this web portal.
While this new endeavor furthers our commitment to our community by enabling digital solutions which will be more convenient to our donors, we recognize change can sometimes raise questions or concerns. Our digital platforms are equipped with robust security measures to protect your personal information and we want to assure you that your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us.
