Estate Planning 101
October is Estate Planning Awareness Month and the Naval Academy Foundation’s Office of Planned Giving will be hosting a webinar, “Estate Planning 101,” on Thursday, 28 October at 3 p.m. EDT to help build awareness on this important topic. The webinar is designed to help people learn about some estate planning fundamentals including taxes, family considerations, estate planning documents and tools attorneys can use to help achieve your personal and philanthropic goals.
| Michael E. Lehr, Esq. of the Annapolis estate planning firm Sims & Campbell will lead the webinar. Lehr’s practice is focused entirely in the areas of estate planning and administration, including the use of trusts and other entities for probate avoidance, estate and gift tax savings and planned giving strategies.Lehr is a lifelong resident of Annapolis, MD.
