Classmates,
This is a quick update on registration, hotels, and football game tickets for our 45th Reunion.
The Reunion Committee passes that official 45th Reunion Registration will go live on June 19 at which time you will be able to select the events you want to attend and pay for them using a credit card. For a Reunion schedule, please go to our website, www.usna1978.org , and click on the “45th” tab. A more detailed timeline will be provided in June.
The Westin Hotel block of tickets is currently sold out. However, several classmates have gotten rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn on West Street, a short walk to the Westin. Bus transportation is being arranged for pickup and drop-off at selected Riva Road hotels. The Committee will collect hotel data at registration and work to route the buses to accommodate everyone as much as possible.
The Naval Academy Athletic Association has created a promo code for football tickets for our class. This code guarantees our class will be seated together. If Companies would like to sit together or groups would prefer to sit together, please call NAAA’s point of contact, Holly Haber at 410-293-8783 or haber@usna.edu . Holly will work with you to allocate your seating together. Here is how to use the promo code online:
