While in town to see the launch of the Falcon 9 with Crew 10 heading to the International Space Station, 9th company mates Dan McCready, Fred Shutt, and Lee Yarberry went deep sea fishing in Port Canaveral, Florida. They went deep initially hoping for trigger fish, cobia and others but only caught some red snapper (out of season) and some junk fish. Finished the day closer to shore going for shark. Snagged five and had a blast fighting with them. Brought a black tip shark home for dinner. Had a great time. Captain Stan was excellent and the company of friends was amazing.
