Bob McMasters (12th Co.) and Fred Butterfield (22nd Co.) shepherded both Naval ROTC midshipmen and Army ROTC cadets from VMI and Regent/ODU/Norfolk State, respectively, at the Eastern OCF/Cru/Navigators ROTC Retreat held last weekend at the OCF’s White Sulphur Springs conference center near Bedford, PA. CAPT/Dr. Bob appreciatively removed his VMI sweatshirt for these photos — revealing his TRUE allegiance underneath! 
Throughout the weekend, 80 ROTC cadets and mids from 13 colleges and universities heard from Chaplain/Colonel/Dr. Dave Bowlus, U.S. Army (USMA ’93), the senior chaplain at West Point — and a “class act” gentleman-soldier and outstanding pastor-teacher all the way.
